Over the past few years, the substantive landscape for proving damages, willful infringement, and intent to induce infringement has changed significantly.  As a result, the types of evidence that Courts are considering relevant and admissible in connection with these issues has also been evolving, often in surprising ways.  The program will summarize recent developments and focus on litigation strategy and discovery issues that often arise as a result.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Any adjustment or cancellation received by March 7, 2011 will be subject to a $100 processing fee. This deadline applies to all registrants. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after March 7, 2011. Course materials will be sent to those unable to attend, but you cancel on or after March 7. Submit all adjustment or cancellations in writing via email (meetings@ipo.org) or fax (202.507.4501).
