An Association for Chief IP Counsel

 

The Association of Corporate Patent Counsel (ACPC) is a membership association of Chief Intellectual Property Counsel of businesses operating in the United States.  ACPC was created in 1966 to promote high quality legal services in the field of intellectual property including patents and related fields.  The Association strives to facilitate and promote the study of problems of general interest to corporations in such fields, to share best practices, and to facilitate and promote the study of problems relating to the management and administration of corporate intellectual property departments.
