IPO has officially registered the IPO Annual Meeting with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) – International Events and Convention Services Program (IECSP). All attendees arriving from outside of Canada are required to have a valid passport. To facilitate border procedures it is recommended that you provide a copy of the Approval Letter for presentation to a CBSA Border Services Officer upon arrival to Canada. Changes to Registrations
Contact Mike Ferrari (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request any changes to your registration.
Cancellations must be in writing to Mike Ferrari (email@example.com). Cancellations received by Monday, August 25, 2014 will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after August 26, 2014. These deadlines for cancellation apply to all registrants. Course materials will be available online via the mobile app for those unable to attend, but who cancel on or after August 26, 2014. If a registrant is unable to attend, another person may substitute upon written request. Please note that fees are not transferable to another IPO meeting.
IPO reserves the right to cancel this event without liability, and the total amount of any and all liability of the organizers will be limited to a refund of the registration fee. Any fees associated with cancellation of travel or housing reservations is the exclusive responsibility of conference attendees.
In order to be listed on the Attendee List, you must be fully registered as of August 25, 2014. Anyone who registeres after this time will be listed on the Final Attendee List, which will be available on our conference website after the event. Attendee Lists are available to all registered attendees upon check-in at the conference. IPO does not provide attendee lists prior to the conference.
Registered attendees will have access to the IPO Annual Meeting Mobile App, which provides speaker materials, bios and a list of attendees. Login information will be e-mailed to attendees prior to the meeting, please print copies if you wish to have them on hand at the meeting.
