2023 IPOwners Spring Summit™

The 6th annual IPOwners Spring Summit™ is a one-day conference on Thursday, March 16 with an evening welcome reception on Wednesday, March 15. Additional networking opportunities include breakfast, breaks, lunch, and a closing reception on March 16. The conference is designed for mid to senior IP attorneys with topics directly relevant to in-house attorneys while providing outside counsel information that will enhance relationship building and productivity with their corporate clients.

MEETING POLICIES

Attendee List Policy. Registration constitutes an agreement by the registrant for IPO to list the registrant’s name, organization, and location on the attendee list. The attendee list is available to registrants by March 9th and an updated list will be available on the meeting website during the conference.

Registration Changes or Questions. If you have any issues or questions regarding your registration, contact meetings@ipo.org.

Meeting Photo Waiver and Release Policy. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IPO meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for IPO to use and distribute (both now and in the future), the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs and audio/filming of such events and activities. These photos, audio, or film are for IPO use only and may appear on the IPO Website, newsletter, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future IPO promotional material. This also includes photos uploaded by attendees. For concerns about your image or likeness being used in this manner, please contact meetings@ipo.org.

Registration and Badge Ethics. Only persons registered for this conference are admitted access to the sessions and materials. Sharing of badges and/or materials is prohibited.

Health & Safety. Please be advised that travel to and attendance at in-person events involve the risk of contracting communicable diseases. We ask that you not attend the IPOwners Spring Summit™ if you are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID or other communicable diseases or have tested positive within five days of the meeting.

Cancellation Policy. Cancellations received by Wednesday, March 1, 2023, will be subjected to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after March 2, 2023. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel/travel arrangements and cancellations. These deadlines for cancellation apply to all registrants. Course materials will be available to those unable to attend who cancel on or after March 2. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. If a registrant is unable to attend, they may be able to send a substitute upon written request to meetings@ipo.org. Please note that fees are not transferable to another IPO or IPO Foundation meeting or event. Name badge sharing or splitting is strictly prohibited. IPO reserves the right to cancel this event without liability, and the total amount of any and all liability of the organizers will be limited to a refund of the registration fee. Any fees associated with the cancellation of travel or housing reservations are the exclusive responsibility of conference attendees.
