RESOLVED, that IPO confirms its support in principle for the IP5 Patent Harmonization Experts Panel to take up three procedural harmonization proposals as described in the document titled “Industry IP5 Consensus Proposals to the IP5 Patent Harmonization Experts Panel” dated October 10, 2014, which are:
- Unity of Invention,
- Citation of Prior Art, and
- Written Description.
